This notice explains how Nu-Topia Solutions handles information connected with this public website and direct business enquiries.
Nu-Topia Solutions is the public-facing brand of NU-TOPIA SOLUTIONS LTD, company number 17383139. Our registered office is Brookfield Court, Selby Road, Garforth, United Kingdom, LS25 1NB.

The public site contains Home, Product, Contact, Privacy, Cookies and website data, and a temporary Customer Area holding page. Customer authentication, customer uploads and the OPIA licensing workflow are not live on this website.
The Contact form can submit your name, business email, company or organisation, optional telephone number, enquiry type and message to Nu-Topia Solutions. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to help distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse.

We rely on legitimate interests where necessary to respond to ordinary business enquiries, operate and protect the website, maintain business records, and understand aggregate website use and performance. Those interests are running Nu-Topia Solutions, communicating with people who contact us, protecting our public website and improving it in a proportionate way.
Where an enquiry relates to a possible contract, we may also process information to take steps at your request before entering into that contract. We do not rely on a lawful basis for customer authentication, uploads or licensing activity on this public site because those services are not currently operating here.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. A direct control for objecting to Cloudflare Web Analytics is available on the Cookies and website data page.
We do not sell personal information. Cloudflare provides website hosting or proxy services, network delivery, security capabilities and Cloudflare Web Analytics for the public site. Technical information may be processed by Cloudflare where necessary to provide those services.
Website and direct enquiries are handled through Microsoft 365 email and may be processed by Microsoft as our business-service provider. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information needed to provide abuse and bot protection. We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law.
The website enquiry service does not intentionally store submissions in an application database. A successfully submitted enquiry exists in the enquiries@nu-topiasolutions.com Microsoft 365 mailbox and is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to deal with the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Technical and security information handled through Cloudflare is retained according to the relevant Cloudflare service and configuration.
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to be informed, request access to your personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, request deletion or restriction, and object to certain processing. Some rights are subject to legal conditions and exemptions.
To exercise a right or raise a concern, email enquiries@nu-topiasolutions.com. We may need enough information to understand and verify your request.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority. Information about making a data-protection complaint is available on the ICO website.
We intend to use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate website statistics and performance information. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing, customer-account profiling or to link public-site activity with authenticated customer identities.
You can object to this analytics use at any time using the control on the Cookies and website data page. When an objection is stored, the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon will not load on later page views while that preference remains recorded.
We may update this notice when the website, service providers or processing activities change. The current version will be published on this page.
